Ways You Can Pay

Depending on your package and booking stage, you can pay in the ways below. Your invoice confirms which options apply to you.

• Debit or credit card through our secure online link or in-office terminal
• Bank transfer to our designated client account (use your booking number as reference)
• Cash at our office where offered, with a written receipt
• Instalment plans agreed in writing as part of your booking contract

Financial Protection

Many of our flight-inclusive Umrah packages may be covered by financial protection where applicable under recognised Canadian travel industry standards. Protection does not cover every service we sell. We will confirm what protection applies to your specific booking.

Where a TICO-registered or similarly protected arrangement applies to your booking, we will confirm the details in writing. We do not issue certificate numbers unless they apply to your specific package.

Fraud Prevention

We may run checks on large or unusual transactions to protect you and our business. If we need extra confirmation, our team will call or email using the contact details on your booking.

Never share your card PIN or full card details on unsolicited calls or messages. We only send payment links through our official channels.
